  • Companies are foolish to assume that online markets are composed of the same people who used to watch their television ads.
  • Workers inside companies and people of the markets are talking about the same things in the same language, but they are not having these conversations with each other.
  • People want to be taken seriously and have companies give them the attention they deserve.
  • The Internet has something special that mass media does not – a voice.
